Their no-dig, organic farming practices respect the biodiversity of their environment, and produce vegetables with incredible flavour.

They have an indoor hydroponic farm to refine the plant to plate narrative even further and have transformed an old art shop and studio opposite the restaurant into a growing, living space – with herbs, vegetables and aromatics for the dishes that they create for you.

No Catch

No Catch is a contemporary setting for vegan versions of chip shop classics like fish, sausages and fried chicken.

They’re an ethical vegan company taking on the traditional model, their fish alternative is a high protein and delicious non-GMO soy substitute for traditional battered fish.
